Municipal Project Submersible Non-Clogging Sewage Pump

Introduction:

Sewage pool of sewage basic dormant,along with sewage pumping,sewage things gradually deposition in the bottom of the pool. 

But the sediment could not force with sewage went out at the pumps normal operation of inlet water alone.

So the deposit is more and more at bottom of pool,which eventually led to affect normal work of pump.

Engineering clean the sewage pool regularly ,so as to avoid waste of human and material resources.

We produce this kind of pump,which is mounted mixing impeller at the the bottom of pumps,along with the rotation of pump, 

driving the impeller high speed mixing.

Thus, stir up the deposit  of bottom, mix with water, and flow out with water.

Also can match with coupler,make more quick and convenient installation and maintenance.

Structural Features:

 1. Impeller: With optimized design, there are single-geat, dual-geat, theree blade impellers available according to the pumping medium. Wide flow channel has greatly increased the dirt through capacity so that long fibers as 5 times long as outlet diameter and the solid grain 50% of the pump outlet diameter can get through effectively.

2. Shaft Seal: Mechanical seal uses the corrosive resistance material of tungsten carbide. At the same time each mechanical seal on pump side and motor side has been improved to double end mechanical seal so that the mechanical seal can work in the oil chmber all the time, which as aresult the service life of the seal canbe increased to 8000 hours.

3. Motor: F class installation; Max. working temperature, 125°c; Protection grade, IP68.

4. Cooling: The built-in cooling system can ensure the pump working  normally whether the motor is in or out of the liqud. Liquid is required to dissipate the heat produced by the motor. When external cooling is needed, the cooling sleeve may be seperated from the pump casing and connected to the cooling system.

5. The medium temperature must not exceed 60°c; the capacity no more than 1300kg/m3; PH value within 5--9; And the max. partile size should not larger than 50% of the outlet diameter.

6. The installation can be classified into auto-coupled installation, fixed dry installation, fixed wet installation, and movable(hard pipe & soft pipe) installation.

7.  Float switch is functioned to automatic control the start and stop pf the pump according to the water level. 

8. Control panel can be fitted to monitor water leakage, overload and over-emperature, thus to ensure safety.

9. The pump runs anti-clockwise viewing from teh suction.

10. During running, the pump must not be lower the the lowest liquid level.
